Welcome to Indo Global Services ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our platform at indoglobalservices.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before investing.

1. Nature of the Platform

Indo Global Services is an investment facilitation platform that pools investor capital to fund the export of raw goods (including coconut, spices, timber, and other commodities) from Southeast Asian nations (Indonesia, Singapore, China) to global markets. Returns are generated from actual export trade revenues.

2. Investment Terms

  Minimum investment: $50 USD
Maximum investment per plan: $50,000 USD
Daily return: 0.5% for 400 days
Maximum total earnings cap: 5x your invested principal (Diamond Tier)
Withdrawal service charge: 5% of withdrawal amount
Minimum withdrawal: $10 USD

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By creating an account you confirm you are legally able to enter into investment contracts in your jurisdiction.

4. Risk Disclosure

All investments carry risk. While we target stable export revenues, returns are not legally guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only invest funds you can afford to lose.

5. Multi-Level Referral System (MLM)

Our referral structure allows registered users to earn commissions from the ROI of users they refer, across up to 10 network levels. Earnings are subject to your current Achievement Tier cap.

6. Prohibited Activities

Creating multiple accounts to exploit referral bonuses
Using stolen or fraudulently obtained funds
Attempting to circumvent the platform's earnings caps
Any activity that violates applicable laws

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms, including forfeiture of pending earnings.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
