All investments made on Indo Global Services are committed to active investment plans. Once an investment is confirmed and activated, it enters a 400-day ROI cycle and cannot be withdrawn as a lump sum. Returns are paid out progressively on a daily basis.

If you believe a deposit was made in error (e.g. technical double-charge), contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with proof. We will investigate and refund confirmed erroneous charges within 10 business days.
If your account was accessed without authorization, you must notify us immediately. We will investigate and, if fraud is confirmed, may restore wallet balances to their pre-incident state.
