Refund Policy

⚠️ Please read this policy carefully before investing. All investments on this platform are subject to locking periods tied to active ROI plans.

1. General Policy

All investments made on Indo Global Services are committed to active investment plans. Once an investment is confirmed and activated, it enters a 400-day ROI cycle and cannot be withdrawn as a lump sum. Returns are paid out progressively on a daily basis.

2. Withdrawal of Earnings

Daily earned ROI accumulates in your wallet and is available for withdrawal subject to:

Minimum withdrawal of $10 USD
A 5% service charge deducted from the withdrawal amount
Email OTP verification for security
Processing time: 1–5 business days after admin approval

3. Erroneous Transactions

If you believe a deposit was made in error (e.g. technical double-charge), contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with proof. We will investigate and refund confirmed erroneous charges within 10 business days.

4. Fraud or Unauthorized Access

If your account was accessed without authorization, you must notify us immediately. We will investigate and, if fraud is confirmed, may restore wallet balances to their pre-incident state.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Voluntary investment decisions
Earnings lost due to tier cap enforcement
The 5% service charge on processed withdrawals
Accounts suspended for violations of the Terms & Conditions
